3rd Annual Dungarees for Families Charity Pub Crawl Returns on December 6th

The 3rd Annual Dungarees for Families Charity Pub Crawl is being held this year on Saturday, December 6th. The event starts at 7:00 p.m. at The Great American Pub. The event partners with the Salvation Army and their “Adopt-A-Family” program. The program was designed to help individuals who are in desperate need of financial assistance, hope, and caring during the holiday season. Families are selected from The Salvation Army Corps Community Centers, hospitals and referral agencies throughout the city of Philadelphia. The common factor shared by all adopted families is their strong need for special care and extra assistance during Christmas.

The event is sponsoring three families of five to seven family members. The goal is to raise at least $100 per person per family. So this year the event hopes to raise a total of $2,500. Any amount raised above the goal will be used to make a cash donation to the Salvation Army which will generously matched by SAP America.

The Great America Pub: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Flanigan’s Boat House: 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Southern Cross Kitchen: 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Guppy’s Good Times: 10:30 p.m. to ?

The theme of the crawl is denim, with an emphasis on 1980’s denim. So throw on some acid washed jeans or denim outfits join this group for the crawl.
