UPDATED – Apartments on Agenda for Planning Commission Tonight

Update – A member of the Planning commission notified us that the apartment development has been removed from the agenda at the request of the developer.

Conshohocken’s Planning Commission meets tonight and on the agenda is the proposed development of 600+ apartments at 401-433 Washington Street. O’Neill Properties is the developer. The handful of people who have attended previous meetings to speak against this project have expressed concerns about traffic, density, open space and flooding.

The meeting takes place on Tuesday, June 24th at 7:00 p.m. at Old Borough Hall at West 8th Avenue and Fayette Street. There will be an opportunity for public comment.
