We saw this post on Instagram from Dave Dolan from commercial real estate company Newmark Grubb Knight Frank listing an undeveloped apartment community in Conshohocken. The post references a development site that is approved for 598 apartments. This has to be the site on the 400 block of Washington Street that O’Neill Properties got approved in 2014.
