The Philadelphia Inquirer has an article about the Borough of West Conshohocken purchasing the Saint Gertrude Church property within the borough. There are two interesting bits of information from the article. The first is that it was sold to the Borough at what is considered a reduced price. The second is that the aggregate value of properties in West Conshy has grown from by more than $200 million every 10 years starting in 1994.
