Beacon Commercial Real Estate Announces the Sale of Elm Street Square in Conshohocken

Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC announced on Friday the sale of the Elm Street Square building located at 375 East Elm Street in Conshohocken. Elm Street Square is a two story office building with elevator service situated on two acres. There is currently one suite available which is comprised of 9,062 square feet and can be subdivided. The building was constructed in 2001 and boasts updated interior décor as well as extensive parking, which serves the building. This property is located equidistant to the Spring Mill and the Conshohocken Train Stations, is adjacent to the Schulykill River Trail, and across the street from the not-yet-opened new restaurant from Pieri Restaurant Group (in the former Isabella space).

HP Milltown, LLC is an affiliate of Haverford Properties. Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC has retained the exclusive listing agreement and has been awarded the property management contract for this property.
