Cheesy grits topped with roasted tomatoes, sautéed spinach, bacon crumbles, and an easy egg.

THE MEXICAN BENEDICT | 16
Chorizo, red onion, and avocado nestled on top of an English muffin, topped with two poached eggs andsmothered with a house made cilantro lime hollandaise.
