Want to Own a Bar/Restaurant in Conshy? Price Reduced for the Casmar Cafe

The Casmar Cafe, which has been for sale since January, has been reduced in price from $950,000 to $899,900.  From what we hear, there has been some interest from other bar/restaurant owners in Conshy and some restauranteurs from the city.  No one hasn’t taken the plunge yet.
