Two readers sent in photos of SEPTA Bus 97 stuck in the ice and snow this morning. It happened near Spring Mill Avenue and Apple Street. One reader reports it has been stuck at least 25 minutes and is still stuck as of 9:00 a.m.

Mid-County E-ZPass Express Lanes to Close for Three Weeks

NBC10 reports that the E-ZPass express lanes at the Mid County toll booth plaza in Plymouth Meeting will be closing the night of Friday, March 17th for approximately three weeks. The closure is to allow the installation of upgraded features. Watch the report below:

Tractor Trailer Flipped Over on Ramp at the 476/76 Intersection Outside Conshohockens

FOX29 has a report and video from its helicopter of a tractor trailer on its side on a ramp leading from 476 northbound to 76 westbound. Below is the video from FOX29: FOX29 also reports that no one was injured and that the police will close the ramp after the morning rush hour to remove the truck.
