The Times Herald is reporting that Colleen Leonard has won the only contested primary involving a seat on Conshohocken’s Borough Council. The Democratic Party primary in Ward 7 had Leonard facing Matthew Breidenstein. The Times Herald story quotes Leonard as stating that she won “87 votes to 41 votes”.

Leonard will now face Republican Chuck Mandracchia in the general election this November.
