When we first told you about the Courts of Spring Mill Station, the new apartment community at East Hector and North Lane, we reported that there would be a retail element. The retail element eventually focused solely on Miller’s House at Spring Mill, which according to Wikipedia was built about 1770, with an addition built about 1820. The house sits behind the apartment community, across from the Spring Mill train stop and at the opening of the Schuylkill River Trail.

We have been told that a bike shop may take the space and this week we found a Riverbend Cycles on Facebook announcing its upcoming opening at this spot in the spring of 2015. Here is the post from Facebook:
