Conshohocken’s Office Market Still Maintaining Low Vacancy Rate

Vacancy levels in Conshohocken’s office buildings continued to maintain low levels through the fourth quarter of 2015 according to a report provided by Joe O’Donnell from Omega Commercial Real Estate. Class A apace rose very slightly from 7.3% vacant in the third quarter to 7.6% in the fourth quarter. Class B space dropped from 5.3% vacant in the third quarter to 4.0% in the fourth quarter.
