Continental Bank is hosting a “Meet the Author” event with local author Dorothy L. Jaworski on Wednesday, December 10th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at its location at West 6th and Fayette.

Jaworski is the author of Just Another Good Soldier – The Story of Pfc. Stephen W. Jaworski from Conshohocken to the Moselle River. Jaworski wrote the book as a tribute to her late father, Joseph, who was desperate for the answers about his brother’s military service and the circumstances of his death during World War II.

During the event, Jaworski will discuss her three years of research an how it led to the discovery that the people of France still honor soldiers who died during the war, including her uncle Stephen.
