Developers Making Moves on Approved Projects

As we reported recently, Equus cleared the land for its approved office building at West Elm and Corson and Mack-Cali knocked down a building to clear the way for an apartment building at 51 Washington Street.

Now Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp., which is approved to build Seven Tower Bridge along the riverfront on the downriver side of the bridge, is seeking variances for signage. Pulver seeks to place signage on Eight Tower Bridge to promote the availability of office space at Seven Tower Bridge. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 6th at 8:00 p.m. at Borough Hall at West 4th Avenue and Fayette Street.
