Poached Salmon a la Mrs. Carson: haricot vert, potato fondant, sauce bearnaise

Downton Estates Wild Pheasant: pearled barley, green peppercorn, brandy

Figs and Stilton: celeriac, smoked walnut, port wine

Floating Islands: lemon creme anglaise, vanilla bean
