Sweat Fitness is raising funds for member Brandon Holiday, who is seeking to compete in the upcoming Paralympics, through a group fitness marathon on Saturday morning (March 18th). Participants can take non-stop group fitness classes from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for a suggested but not required donation of $15.00. You can jump in and out of classes as much as you like or try to stick with it for the entire three hours. The classes will change every hour so you always have something new.
Don’t want to work out, but want to help? There will also be a Puppy Kissing Booth. Get your picture taken at the booth with a puppy or service dog to help raise money for Brandon.

8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. | Kick Box with Sue
8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. | Pilates with Sue
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. | Cardio/Core/Chisel with Donna Storm
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. | Spin with Betty/Suzanne (call the club to save your spot 610-941-3600).
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. | sweaT with Dan (on the floor)
