Personal Training Sessions are held on appointment-only basis at our Conshohocken Studio, located at 4 East 1st Avenue, Suite 101.
Conshohocken Boot Camp Classes are held Monday – Friday at 6:00 am and Saturdays at 7:00 am. We meet on the Riverfront on the grounds of The Londonbury at Millennium, located at 301 Washington Street.
Lafayette Hill Boot Camp classes are held Monday through Friday at 7:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. We meet on the grounds of The Glen Apartments at the corner of Ridge Pike and Joshua Road, located at 555 Andorra Glen Court.

David Yontef is the head personal trainer at Conshohocken Health & Fitness Club. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Yontef moved to PA to pursue a doctoral degree at Temple University studying exercise and sport psychology. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and has been certified as a personal trainer ever since. Yontef obtained a Master’s Degree from Argosy University of Phoenix, Arizona in 2003 in Sport and Exercise Psychology. He has worked with a very diverse population ranging from children to seniors, from professional athletes to diabetic and cardiovascular rehabilitation patients. Yontef is currently certified and affiliated with; NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Spinning Instructor, USA Weightlifting, and plans on obtaining the Master Trainer Certification through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) later this year. He currently resides in Lafayette Hill with his wife Amy and two children, Jacob and Lainey.

Personal trainer Henry Racich personal trainer offers services for personal training, group classes, boxing and cardio boxing throughout eastern Montgomery County, plus has a boot camp, Camp Diabolical, at the Fellowship House in Conshohocken. Racich works with both novices and professional athletes looking to shed pounds and/or build strength. Programs offered include:
Conditioning classes – This class works on improving overall fitness levels by implementing different strength and conditioning exercises, plyometrics and a variety of unorthodox exercises. This class is always challenging because the work out consistently changes to keep the it interesting and improve your fitness levels.
Cardio boxing – This class teaches the fundamentals of boxing while getting an unbelievable cardio workout!
Boxing – This goes far beyond the fundamentals of boxing and concentrates on preparing you for the sweet science of boxing. This gets your prepared to get into the ring!
Personal and Group Classes- Henry focuses on the areas that you want to improve in. Whether it is losing weight, getting tone, improving conditioning or even preparing professional athletes in the off season. Henry will design the program to focus on your fitness needs!
Camp Diabolical - This is a group class where Henry calls the shots. This is designed for high level fitness enthusiasts.
Racich also trains the KO Kings of Conshy at the Fellowship House, which is a youth boxing program. He is also the co-host of the “Boxing Show” airing Thursday nights on ESPN Radio 950am.
