One of the first tasks given to new Borough Manager Richard Manfredi by Borough Council was to study the Fellowship House issue and come back to Borough Council with suggestions on how to move forward. Manfredi stated that he would have suggestions at the August 6th Workshop Meeting of Borough Council.

As we reported previously, Borough Council asked the Board of the Fellowship House to present a business plan on how it will improve fundraising and programming. The business plan was presented on May 21st. The first step was to seek a person to oversee the fundraising effort. This was put on hold until the Borough hired a new manager.
