New Office Building Being Marketed at Metroplex in Plymouth Meeting

Brandywine Realty Trust is marketing its approved, but not yet built, 12-story Metroplex Two office building at 3000 Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting. This building is part of the overall 23-acre Metroplex campus that already includes a shopping center and an office building.

Its listing on LoopNet.com describes the building as follows:

Metroplex Two incorporates the most desired attributes of a creative office – wide open, virtually column-free loft-style floors, an abundance of light and air, efficient floorplates enhancing both privacy and collaboration. Full floors range from 20,000 SF to 28,000 SF with the majority totaling 25,756. The building’s functional elegance is initially evidenced with a visually arresting design of tiered metal panels sheathed in floor-to-ceiling Low-E glass that both enhances its visual appeal and respects the environment. Floors two and six feature private terraces, each approximately 3,000 SF, and floor eight features a communal Sky Terrace with seating areas, fire pits and televisions. A central courtyard will be located between the building and the seven-level parking garage, and will serve as the campus connection hosting a variety of community activities from yoga classes to concerts. Its inviting seating areas will promote small group meeting and social gatherings alike.
