New Owner Proposes to Rehab 1008 Fayette Street

The old home at 1008 Fayette Street, that has housed a dentist office for the past 30 years, has been purchased. The new owner plans to make a presentation to Conshohcoken’s Borough Council and present a proposed rehab of the building, to include:

  • A new parking lot with seven or eight off street spaces
  • New curbing and sidewalks in the rear.
  • The first floor will consist of 2,000 square feet of ADA accessible space
  • A second floor that will be 800 square feet of space that can be contiguous or a separate unit

Once approved, realtor John Mancini tells us that it will take approximately six months to complete the rehab. Mancini has been retained by the new owner to lease the space, so if you are interested contact him at (610) 834-8487 x1.
