New Summer Pasta Special at Stella Blu in West Conshohocken

A July 5th report issued by Italian researchers at the IRCCS Neuromed Institute, debunked the centuries old myth that pasta isn’t good for you. In fact, after studying the diets of 23,000 people, the researchers found that pasta is actually linked to a decrease in body mass index — and that’s not the only benefit. Pasta also contributes to a healthier body mass index, lower waist circumference and better waist-hip ratio. So it is time to enjoy some pasta.

In honor of these new findings, Stella Blu is offering a pasta special this summer, Monday through Wednesday nights, with eight signature dishes for $9 to $15. The menu includes:

Spaghetti
Crab meat, fra diavolo sauce $15
