A parent and child play group called Chatter Splatter, for prenatal to kindergarten aged kids, is launching on Wednesday, April 9th at Suburban Sports & Training Center on Conshohocken Road. The ongoing group will be held every Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The kick-off event on the 9th is free and there will be a $5.00 fee after that. Its an open group, so you can stay for the entire two hours or for whatever time fits your schedule.

During the play group, children can play on the indoor soccer field, participate in a story time, other activities and enjoy a snack. Parents can play with their kids or chat with the other parents. The group is being organized by Nykee Pettican, a teacher and an English mother to be.
