Portion of Route 23 in West Conshohocken to Close Between May 4th and May 7th

PennDOT released a press release last week that announced that PECO is going to close Route 23 between Front Street and Route 320 from Monday, May 4th to Thursday, May 7th. PECO needs to conduct gas main repair.

PECO Energy will close Route 23 between Front Street and Route 320 in West Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County, on Monday, May 4, through Thursday, May 7, for gas main repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.

During construction, PECO Energy will detour Route 23 through traffic over Front Street, Matson Ford Road, Interstate 76 and Route 320. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

PECO Energy will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
