During last week’s meeting of Conshohocken’s Borough Council Urban Partners presented the results of its market assessment of Leeland Mansion. The $16,500 study commissioned by Borough Council researched potential uses of the former mansion. Studied uses were a bed and breakfast, office building and an event space.
We are going to circle back to this mid-week with some analysis of the assessment, which cost $687.50 per page or $1,031.25 per page if you subtract the eight introductory pages.
