If you are planning to take the Manayunk/Norristown Regional Rail line in or out of the city this morning you may want to plan for another mode of transportation. SEPTA has suspended service on the line until further notice.

The reason? A suspected gunman is barricaded in a building along River Road, which is adjacent to the tracks. The report is that someone took shots at police officers in Roxborough this morning and all of Roxborough was ordered to shelter-in-place. No one was hit in the shooting. Here is the story from CBS3
