SEPTA was able to get its hands on a few rail cars from other transit organizations and has altered the schedule due to this. We find it hard to believe that there isn’t a train to the city going out of Conshohocken or Spring Mill between 7:40 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. Is that normal?
