We are told that the Exxon station at the corner of East 7th and Fayette is under agreement. The person in the process of purchasing the property plans to build approximately five retails spaces on ground level and have apartments in two additional floors above. What sounds cool about this, is that the developer plans to mimic the stone facade on the west side of Fayette between West 3rd and 4th.
