Vote for Local Businesses and Support Local Charities in Firstrust Bank’s Annual Business First Awards

The 20 finalists have been selected for Firstrust Bank’s Philly’s Annual Business First Awards. Now it’s up to you. The winning business receives $15,000 to split with the charity of its choice. There are a few businesses and charities with Conshohocken ties. Here they are:

Flocco’s
Family-owned and operated, Flocco’s has served Conshohocken and the surrounding communities since 1926. They carry a full line of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes, work shoes, school and team uniforms and have a huge selection of tuxedo rentals. Their specialty is hard-to-fit sizes and excellent customer service. Flocco’s charities are the Montgomery County Special Olympics and Conshy-based Colonial Neighborhood Council.

The Moore, Snear and Ruggiero Funeral Home
The Moore, Snear and Ruggiero Funeral Home, which is based in Conshohocken, has been serving southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey area families with professional, compassionate and affordable service since 1888. They pride ourselves on providing each and every family with the very best in service and facilities. No matter what type of service you prefer, They can meet your needs on every level. Their charities will be Team Jacqueline – Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation and the Fellowship House.

Fresh Smiles Foundation

Center City-based law firm, Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C., is one of the 20 finalists and has pledged to donate all $15,000 to a charity with Conshy-ties, The Fresh Smiles Foundation. Fresh Smiles was founded by local Robin Gupta, owner of Guppy’s Good Times, WMMR’s Kathy Romano, a resident of Conshohocken, and former resident Megan Reshetar.
