Envision Physician Services, a division of Tennessee-based Envision Healthcare, notified the Pennsylvania Department of Labor that it is laying off 162 workers at its location at 1000 River Road in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township). This address is the office complex at the Miquon Train Station.

The layoffs are to take place in two waves, 37 in July and 125 in September.

On May 9th, the Wall Street Journal reported that the parent company is preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
