The owner of the building that houses 8 East, which opened in late October of 2010, is seeking a new tenant and a buyer for the liquor license, contents, etc.  The building owner, Bob Storti, has been operating the restaurant for since January replacing Brad Craig and Bob Storti (Jr), who were leasing the space.
