This April, Spring Mill Cafe has decided to highlight some long-time café favorites that its customers always ask for.

Each Wednesday in April, Spring Mill Cafe will showcase one of its fan-favorite Moroccan dishes like tagine, b’stilla, cumin shrimp, and blood orange cake with cinnamon ice cream.

The menu will consist of three courses and a Moroccan Fig Brandy cocktail for $55.00.

Weather permitting you can al fresco dining on Spring Mill Cafe’s porch or patio and watch as the garden start to come to life.

Spring Mill Cafe is a BYOB, so bring your favorite sparkling rosé, pair it with your favorite dish, and enjoy the warm spring sun.

Spring Mill Cafe has also announced new hours: Tuesday & Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner, Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner, Friday & Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for dinner, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for brunch and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner.
