Baggataway Tavern makes decision to temporarily close due to staffing shortages

Last week MoreThanTheCurve.com reported that Baggataway Tavern in West Conshohocken was temporarily closing a couple of days during the week due to the inability to hire staff.

A week later the situation hasn’t improved. Today, Baggataway sent a statement to MoreThanTheCurve.com announcing that it will temporarily close its doors and reopen “in the coming weeks” due to the continuing staffing shortages.

Managing Partner JP Boles also shared with MoreThanTheCurve.com that Baggataway will continue to be available for private events and may open for big games during the temporarily closure.

Below is the statement:

To Our Loyal Customers:

Unfortunately, Baggataway Tavern needs to TEMPORARILY close our doors due to staffing shortages.  Thank you very much for all of your support through a challenging year and a half – your business means the world to us.  As we are currently unable to provide the level of service that you deserve, we have decided not to remain open at this time, though we are still available for private events.  We look forward to our re-opening in the coming weeks, bringing you the food, drinks and good times that you’ve come to expect from the Baggataway Tavern!

If you haven’t already, please join our newsletter at BaggatawayTavern.com for the latest updates on our reopening.  If you have any questions or would like to schedule a private event, please feel free to contact us at info@baggatawaytavern.com.

See you again soon!
