In the October 9th minutes of the meeting of West Conshohocken’s Borough Council we found an update on Balligomingo Road. The minutes state (note “Mr. English” is the Borough Manager Michael English):

The road has been closed as far back as 2015. The issue is driven by an unstable hill along the road that creates dangerous conditions.
