KING OF PRUSSIA Balligomingo Road will be closed and detoured between Route 23 (Front Street) and Jones Road in West Conshohocken Borough and Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, on Saturday (Aug. 20) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for utility construction by PECO Energy, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced today.

During the one-day operation to relocate a natural gas main, Balligomingo Road traffic will be detoured over Route 23 (Front Street), Matsonford Road, Old Gulph Road, South Gulph Road and Trinity Road.

This utility work is associated with PennDOT’s $4.8 million project to relocate and improve the intersection of Route 23 (Front Street) and Balligomingo Road.
