Borough Council Votes 6-1 to Appeal Invalidation of Its Wawa Ordinance

During last night’s Borough Council Meeting in Conshohocken, Council Members voted 6-1 to appeal the Zoning Hearing Board 3-2 decision that invalidated an ordinance that would have allowed a Wawa with gas pumps to be built within the Residential-Office District. Borough Council voted 4-3 to pass the ordinance in November of 2017.

Not voting with the majority was Ike Griffin (D, Ward 2).
