A sign has went up on West Elm announcing the coming closure on December 10th of the bridge just past Colwell Lane on West Elm. Once closed, if you want to visit a friend or business on the Plymouth side of the bridge, you are going to have to make your way to Ridge Pike via Alan Wood Road, North Lane or follow Fayette/Butler to Ridge and then take Conshohocken Road back towards the closed bridge.
