Joseph O’Donnell from Omega Commercial Real Estate posted the 4th Quarter Vacancy Report for Conshohocken on his website today:

As you can see Class A space is down to a 11% vacancy and Class B space is at 5.8% vacancy. As we mentioned in a previous article, there is now actually a shortage of large contiguous office space in Conshohocken.  Please note that for this report, Conshohocken is defined as office space located within all of 19428.
