The Conshohocken Brewing Company is introducing its first canned beer in early-December. The first beer offered in cans will be Doll’s Eye CDA (Cascadian Dark Ale). The canned beer will be offered in four packs with 16-ounce cans and will be available for purchase in the brewery’s tap room, local bottles shops, grocery stores and bars/restaurants. By the end of December, the brewery plans to release cans of Conshohocken IPA. This will be followed by releases of Puddlers Row ESB and La Colombe Tandem, the collaboration Belgian-style coffee ale brewed with Ethiopian coffee, in January.
According to the brewery, “Doll’s Eye is a hoppy dark ale with pleasant notes of malt roastiness. Doll’s Eye is brewed with generous amounts of Cascade and Nugget hops, giving the beer its piney and floral hop character.” The ABV is 5.2%.
