Since 2002, the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) has collected and processed truck GPS data in support of numerous U.S. DOT freight mobility initiatives. Using truck GPS data from over one million freight trucks, the institute develops and monitors a series of key performance measures on the nation’s freight transportation system.

The latest data shows that the interchange of I-76 and I-476 that is part of the Conshohocken Curve is ranked the 76th worst in the nation. The average speed is 50.9 mph, the peak average speed is 48.4 mph, the nonpeak average speed is 51.9 mph, the nonpeak/peak ratio is 1.07, and the peak average speed percent change from 2019 to 2020 is 36.6%.

The worst interchange in the nation is I-95 at SR 4 in Fort Lee, NJ. The worst interchange in Pennsylvania is I-476 and I-676. You can see the entire list here.
