The building at 1032 East Hector Street in Conshohocken that was home to Seventh Heaven since the early 1990’s and Jack’s Tavern prior to that, has been cleared to make way for a mixed use building.
Seventh Heaven was an adult cabaret which was known region wide as the Conshy Ballet. It closed in 2017 after the property was sold to the owner of the adjacent office park.
The new building will be known as The Lofts at Spring Mill and will include eight, two bedroom apartments, and four, one bedroom apartments, on the upper floors. The street level floor will be utilized for office and/or retail.
