As we reported, there was an agenda item involving the advertising of an ordinance to allow for medical marijuana to be cultivated and sold in the Borough was under consideration at the March 15th meeting of Conshohocken’s Borough Council. When the item came up during the meeting it was stated that the Borough’s solicitor had advised that the item not be considered. A reason was not given beyond that the solicitor had been speaking with other municipalities about the issue and the solicitor had come to the conclusion that the Borough shouldn’t act now to change the ordinance.
