Conshohocken’s Tee El, the artist formerly known as Tracy Lamont of Stonie, has released his first song and video under a new distribution agreement with Sparta Distribution.

In the song titled “Diary,” Tee El shares his personal story of overcoming depression and a suicide attempt.

In the video’s description on YouTubecom, it states:

He made this song for everyone who has lost someone to depression or is feeling depression or any mental illness. We feel for you and you are not alone. We want you to know that you can heal also! The journey is a rough one but you can get through anything thrown your way. Just keep fighting and believe, peace will find you.
