Construction halted along Conshohocken’s riverfront due to an influx of beavers

Construction has been halted along the riverfront in Conshohocken due to a growing population of beavers. According to sources, the beavers have overrun construction sites destroying anything made of wood. Officials believe that this spring you can expect to see highrise dams in the river, which could lead to increased flooding.

Conshohocken resident Scott Wright, who enjoys long moonlit walks along the riverfront trail shared that beavers have destroyed the tranquility of his nightly walks. “They are everywhere and they don’t give a damn,” stated Wright.
