Vince Totaro’s has been serving traditional and more eccentric Italian dishes at Trattoria Totaro on Spring Mill Avenue since 1992. One of his most popular dishes is Grilled Vegetable Lasagne, which features an assortment of grilled vegetables layered with sweet potato risotto and roasted marinara. The dish is topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Diners have the option to add shrimp or lump crab.

Totaro is also known for his monthly Wild Game Dinners that are held the last Thursday of each month and winning the annual Conshohocken Restaurant Rally several times.
