This week’s Dish of the Week is the Smoked Salmon Bagel from Chip Roman’s Tradestone Café (117 Fayette Street). The bagel is one of Tradestone Café’s six breakfast sandwiches and is served topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber slices, tomato slices and onion on a sesame seed bagel.

The Tradestone Café is open every day of the week from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. serving breakfast and lunch. The cafe serves La Colombe coffee, other coffee drinks including macchiatos and lattes, and hot tea and hot chocolate. It offers a wide selection of freshly baked goods to go with it that are baked right in house including scones, croissants, muffins and more.
