Williamsburg, VA-based Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. is the new owner of the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia West located at 640 Fountain Road in Plymouth Meeting (across Hickory Road from the Plymouth Meeting Mall). This is the company’s 14th hotel in Pennsylvania. It purchased the hotel from CRVI DTS Plymouth Sub Holdco LLC.

The seven-story hotel includes 253-rooms (full-service, all-suites) and 13 meeting rooms with 6,326 total square feet of meeting space with the largest being 2,856 square feet. Within the hotel is a restaurant that offers a breakfast buffet and lunch and a bar with an evening menu. In addition, there is concierge service, an indoor pool, a fitness room, and a business center.
