Ariel photography company 400 Foot Views has a new video that shows the apartment communities under construction on the riverfront in Conshohocken (see at bottom). The video is from the very end of January.

The site with the stairwells built is 101 Washington Street which will be called Matson Mill. Matson Mill will be five stories and will include 280 apartment homes.

The cleared area adjacent to the bridge is 51 Washington Street, which will have 304 units. The name of this community hasn’t been made public yet.

In addition, you can see the beginnings of a new platform being constructed along the train tracks (adjacent to 101 Washington Street) that will eventually be a new train station.
