El Limon, a taqueria that opened along Fayette Street in 2010, is in the process of opening a second location in downtown Ambler. The website MontcoResource is reporting that “Construction is just now getting underway and they plan to open sometime in February, which in restaurant speak probably means at least March, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed!”  Their location was a former paint store that has been vacant for over a year.
