The Conshohocken Police Department, along with the Montco Moves Project, is holding a Bike Checkpoint on Saturday, June 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the trailhead near the train station.  Activities include helmet and bike fittings, plus they will provide bike safety information.  After visiting the checkpoint, take a ride along the trail.
