Free Kid Safe Workshop at Destolfo’s Premier Martial Arts at 11:00 a.m. The workshop provides safety instruction to children ages six to 13. Call (610) 834-8533 to reserve a spot.

President’s Day – Day Camp at Action Karate for children out of school from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Saturday, February 23

Free Women’s Self Defense Workshop at Action Karate at 12:30 p.m.

Captain Action Comedy Show at the Conshohocken Cafe.  Captain Action brings comics out to Conshy for dinner and a show.  Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 8:00 p.m.  Tickets are $25.00 and available at the cafe.

Friday, March 1
Local historian Jack Coll presents a Then and Now Slide Show at the Fellowship House to benefit the Conshohocken Free Library and the Mayor’s Special Events Committee. Coll’s presentation will cover 100 years of Conshohocken’s history and show what now sits at historic Conshy locations.  The event kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with a reception and the slide shows at 7:15 p.m.  Tickets are $25.00 and donation of a canned food items.  Tickets are available at Coll’s Custom Framing and the library.  For any more info call (610) 825-7072.

Sweet Home Conshohocken Moonshine Dance Party at Southern Cross Kitchen featuring southern cocktails, drink and food specials and DJ Cleveland.

The first annual Conshohocken Health & Fitness Social. Stay tuned for more details.

Saturday, March 16
St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Conshohocken.  A few thousand people line up along Fayette Street for this annual event.  All the bars and restaurants are hopping afterwards.

Sunday, March 17
St. Patrick’s Day (traditional).  It is rare that the parade and the actual Saint Patrick’s Day fall on the same week.  All the bars and restaurants will be hopping all day.

The Conshohocken Police Association is hosting a Saint Patrick’s Day party at the Great American Pub.  There will be live music and no cover.  Donation to the CPA are appreciated.

March 22-24
March Madness Opening Rounds.  Everywhere will be hopping.

Thursday, March 28

Everyone’s favorite shore band, Secret Service, will be playing at Spamps.

Monday, April 1
Targeted opening day for Guppy’s Good Times in East Norriton

Phillies first regular season game at 7:10 p.m. (away at Atlanta)

Friday, April 5
Phillies Opening Day vs. Royals at 4:05 p.m.

Conshy 5K to Benefit the Fresh Smiles Foundation and the Conshohocken Police Association. Stay tuned for more details.

Saturday, May 4
Baggataway hosts its annual Derby de Mayo party. There is a large tent outside, in addition to their inside space.  Outside they have a few bands, beer and drink stations, Mexican food, and this year they are adding a large television outside for the Kentucky Derby.

Sunday, May 12

Mother’s Day.  Make plans for brunch at Spamps, Conshohocken Cafe, the 401 Diner, Guppy’s Good Times, Gypsy Saloon or Southern Cross Kitchen.

Sunday, May 19

Walk around Conshy and visit almost all of its restaurants and bars during the Conshohocken Restaurant Rally.  During the event, participants enjoy and vote on all the dishes.  The event is organized and benefits Ambucs.

May 25-27
Memorial Day Weekend.

Saturday, June 2
The Philly Cycling Classic, the new version of the bike race will be held in and around Manayunk.
