  4. Join Southern Cross Kitchen as its invites Kayley Burnett of Conshohocken to teach everyone how to build and assemble a charcuterie board. She'll teach you everything from how to cut & slice to making a salami river to make your board pop! At the end, your assembled box is yours to take home or enjoy as you go! As you construct your masterpiece, Southern Cross' wine merchant will be providing a sample of wine that pairs with your box and can be purchased by the glass from your server. Ticket price includes a takeaway charcuterie box, plus tax & tip.
